Nicholas D. Feden graduated cum laude from Temple University, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and was a member of Eta Sigma Phi, the Classics Honor Society. In 2006, he returned to Temple University to complete his law degree at the Beasley School of Law. While there, Mr. Feden received several awards including: Outstanding Oral Advocacy, Barrister Award for Trial Advocacy, and Rubin Honors Public Law Honor Society.
Prior to joining Disability Justice, Mr. Feden was a Partner at the Law Offices of Michael P. Boyle. While there, he specialized in administrative hearings and appeals before the Social Security Administration as well as various taxing authorities. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Feden has been honored as a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers®. Selection to the Super Lawyers® list is an elite honor. Candidates must be nominated by their peers and evaluated on 12 indicators of professional achievement such as major settlements, involvement in the legal community, published writings, and special certifications. He is also a founding member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Social Justice Law Project, and a member of the Rubin Public Law Honor Society.
At Disability Justice, Mr. Feden is a founding member of the Appellate Division. His practice focuses on handling complex disability claims that cannot be resolved at the administrative level and require an appeal to the Federal Courts.
