Kristin Mancuso

SSD Attorney Kristi Mancuso - Disability JusticeKristin Mancuso is an associate attorney at Disability Justice where she focuses her practice exclusively on defending the rights of the disabled. Since joining the firm in February, 2013 she has assisted countless individuals in securing their Social Security disability benefits. Throughout her career she has appeared at over 1,000 hearings on behalf of disabled individuals before Administrative Law Judges across the nation.

Currently, Ms. Mancuso utilizes her knowledge and experience as Disability Justice’s client services manager, overseeing the team that is the first contact with our prospective clients and personally reviewing all prospective cases.

Ms. Mancuso earned her bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in psychology from Villanova University in 2009. She went on to receive her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Ms. Mancuso interned for the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey, United States Magistrate Judge, United States District Court and gained valuable experience interning at the Family Law Offices of Gary Mezzy, LLC. She was a member of the Family Law Society, the Child Advocacy Law Association and was awarded the Leonard Levin Memorial Award, an award given annually to a graduating student who has attained the highest grade in Decedents’ Estates and Trusts.

Following Law School, Ms. Mancuso was an Associate at the Law Firm of Christopher S. Lipari where she focused her practice on the areas of personal injury and insurance subrogation.

Ms. Mancuso is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of both the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
