Brynn Lapszynski is an associate attorney at Disability Justice where she focuses her practice exclusively on defending the rights of the disabled.
Ms. Lapszynski began her career at Disability Justice working in the Firm’s headquarters in Philadelphia. In 2014, she moved to New York to establish the Firm’s New York office. Since that time, Ms. Lapszynski has represented disabled individuals in more than 1,000 hearings within the 5 boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties, as well northern New Jersey.
Ms. Lapszynski received her law degree from Widener University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Queens, New York. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and was recently granted admission to Federal Court in the Southern District of New York.
