Anthony P. D’Angelo earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management from Drexel University and his law degree from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
While in law school, Mr. D’Angelo was a judicial intern for the Honorable Rosemarie DeFino-Nastasi in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, where he conducted legal research concerning criminal cases, wrote judicial opinions and assisted the judge in courtroom proceedings. He also served as a law clerk for an energy delivery company. There, he advised clients on property, environmental and regulatory affairs, mergers and acquisitions, and employment issues.
Mr. D’Angelo was also a judicial fellow for the Honorable Paula Patrick in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He drafted a variety of legal documents including memos, opinions and orders, and conducted research for various civil law matters.
Mr. D’Angelo performed pro bono legal work at the Mazzoni Center, which provides comprehensive health and wellness services in an LGBTQ-focused environment. He also volunteered at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, which works to overturn wrongful convictions.
Mr. D’Angelo currently serves as treasurer and board member of the St. Thomas More Society of Philadelphia, the Catholic lawyers association of Philadelphia. Mr. D’Angelo handles the Society’s finances and working on the steering committee organizing and promoting events for the Catholic legal community. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
